Trucking / Cargo Movement

PTYSS has an exclusive department for the movement of its containerized cargo that offers:

Understanding the needs of the market and always looking for a better service PTYSS offers you an exclusive Truck Park service, 100% safe, to store your cargo if necessary. Additionally, PTYSS has a complete fleet of all international chassis, including high, low, 20,40,45 and expandable chassis. In addition to that, our generators ensure an uninterrupted cold chain of refrigerated cargo.

Panama Canal Transit & Port Agents

A dedicated staff of professionals and highly trained and experienced personnel available to avoid difficulties while your vessel is programmed for passage thru the canal or making port calls in the region.

This department will oversee every detail that needs to be covered to ensure that the possible pitfalls are overcome prior to becoming a major concern for shipboard personnel or management.

We will support with:

Daily review of Panama Canal transits with an accurate waiting time of transit prospects
Preapproval for all vessels including those of Panamax and Neopanamax dimensions
Prearrival information for Vessel’s Master with documentation required to be input into the Panama Canal reporting system
Monitoring the booking slots together with updated lane outage schedule enabling an accurate indication for the need to make a booking coupled with our advice and strategy on the procedures
Providing 24/7 contact with authorized personnel arcing in the capacity of Panama Canal Shipboard oil pollution (PCSOPEP)
Coordination of ancillary services by qualified personnel for correction of any deficiencies found during the Panama Canal inspection
Approved compulsory fumigation services with additional attention in the event of vermin present.

Protective agent

We ensure all interested parties of efficient port operations including but not limited to:

Supervise port call operations, including checking proforma D/A submitted by the head agent for compliance with applicable tariffs, validation of documents emission as per instructions, arrangement of bunkering, certificates, surveys, and any other services.

Our local knowledge of the ports and our excellent relations with the Ports & Panama Canal authorities is beneficial to all owners and operators who take advantage of our services.
